God tells us that human life begins in the womb. God told Zacharias that his son, John the Baptist, would be filled with the Holy Spirit from the womb (Luke 1:15 – “For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink. He will also be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother’s womb.”) God also told Jeremiah that he was known even before God made him in the womb. (Jeremiah 1:5 – “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”) God tells us through David that He forms us and knows us in the womb. We are a human being in the womb. (Psalms 139:13-14 – “For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.”) Additionally, God tells us to fear only Him and to keep His commandments. (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 – “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God and keep His commandments, For this is man’s all. For God will bring every work into judgment, Including every secret thing, Whether good or evil.”
Identify the COVID-19 related work rule or job requirement that you believe conflicts with your religious belief, observance, or practice.
Cells from terminated young lives were used for research, development and testing for all COVID-19 vaccines. As human life begins in the womb, I believe that it goes against God to terminate lives of the unborn. I believe it is wrong to use bodies of the terminated lives of the unborn. Being forced to put the COVID-19 vaccine in my body goes against my spiritual belief and conviction, even if the result is termination by the company.
Specifically describe the conflict between your religious belief, observance, or practice and the work rule or job requirement at issue.
I cannot put the vaccine in my body in faith or with a clear conscious. It is my conviction that it is wrong to use bodies of terminated babies. Submitting to the vaccine mandate would cause me to sin against my God and my Lord and Savior. I must fear God and keep His commandments. I do not fear disease. I do not fear death. I have never taken the influenza vaccine, pneumonia vaccine, shingles vaccine, …. I fear God with all of my being and know that I must do my best to keep His commandments.

The only accommodation that I seek is to not be terminated or have my pay removed based on my spiritual conviction. Without my job, I will not be able to support the Lord’s church, provide for my family or to help the less fortunate in life, as God as instructed me to do. My family and I had COVID months ago. I gave blood at a Life South blood drive on September 15, 2021. I have antibodies and do not represent a threat to myself or others. However, to help others feel safe, I will telework or happily change positions within the company, if it allows me to stay at _________.
If the above accommodation cannot be granted, describe any alternative accommodations you feel would be equally effective at allowing you to observe your sincerely held religious beliefs, while at the same time allowing you to perform all essential functions of your job and keep all those in the workplace equally as safe as the rule or requirement for which you seek an exception.
One of the roles that I currently hold is ______________________________. If needed, I will be happy to give up this role and pursue another position within the company if that is deemed more important by __________ management. I will do all that I can to remain a part of the _______ team while also not going against my spiritual conviction and service to my God.

I prayerfully request that the requested accommodations be granted for as long as a vaccine mandate is in place. If I have to be terminated for my spiritual conviction (as I described above) I still will sincerely say “thank you” for the opportunity _______ gave me. I am blessed and have been very thankful for _________ hiring me in 2017 and being part of a great team for over four years! I must remain unwavering in my personal spiritual conviction and trust in the Lord to provide for me and my family.

The above is my personal religious exemption letter that was submitted and approved. I was ready to be terminated for my spiritual conviction. My Lord is the most important thing in my life. I failed Him during 2020 when I got caught up in the “sky is falling” hype. I realized my sin and went to Him with confession and repentance. I pray I will never forsake Him again and I will never mislead my family again. I know my God will always provide for me. I trust Him completely. I fear Him with my whole body.
It is such a sad situation to see the actions of so many “Christians” over the last several months. The rampant spiritual fraud has just been very heart breaking. I imagine what God thinks about it. I have a better understanding why and how Jesus had so much condemnation for the “spiritual leaders” of His day. Nothing has changed over time.
Man plays God. Man creates “crisis”. Man put “trust in science.” Man robs God of worship. Man uses “crisis” to change God’s word about worship. Man does not repent and confess his sins! Man expects God to look the other way. Man has no understanding of the wrath of the Almighty God. Man might just get surprised at the final judgment. I wonder how many “Christians” look forward to hearing “Well done good and FAITHFUL servant.” from the Lord, but will instead hear, “Where was your faith? Depart from me.”
I will never get the COVID vaccine. Neither will my wife. We will never ever allow our children to be vaccinated for COVID! I’ve seen so many “Christians” taken by Satan, “spiritual leaders” captured by the father of lies, so many proud people that will never realize they need to go to the Lord with a broken and contrite heart, repenting and confessing their sins. Until it is too late. So sad.
